Whenever I open a file in gvim, some lines appear blank, or even truncated (see
screenshot for a truncated line at the top of the file). This is 100%
reproducable.

After reinstalling cairo 1.10.2 instead of 1.12.0, I can't reproduce the issue
anymore.
