<pre>While running the distcheck in preparation for release, since this requires
gtk-doc for updating the cairo website docs, this warning shows up:
Can't parse args for function in "SkBitmap::Config& config, bool& opaque
" at /usr/share/gtk-doc/data/gtkdoc-common.pl line 434, <INPUT> line 120.
The skia backend isn't enabled so it shouldn't warn about problems parsing the
skia code.
Ideally, the doc processor should be able to handle Skia's C++ code, but since
I think no one uses the skia backend it probably doesn't matter.</pre>
