[cairo] [patch] Surface size getters for xlib

When accessing the underlying drawable etc of an xlib surface, it is
also helpful to be able to get the width and height without a server
round trip. This patch provides those functions.

With these, we can implement draw_with_xlib without the need for any
sort of is_clipped API, and without weird assumptions and GDK
dependencies. It will also be possible to efficiently create a wrapper
GdkDrawable when GDK gets support for creating foreign GdkDrawables with
known size.
