[cairo] New tessellator available for playing

Hi Carl,

I thought you might need some real world test data. If you think the 
attached SVG is useful, please feel free to use it.
Repeatedly rendering it at different scales using librsvg, it shows nicely 
cairo_int128_divrem (together with its callees) coming on top of the profile 
at more than one third of the time on my computer.
