I didn't obey to "binding guidelines" :) My binding tries to mimic C API 
one-to-one. As a newbie, this simplified translating snippets to Lua. Of 
course a higher level Lua binding would be fine.

To be able to use Cairo in wxLua, I added two hackish functions to Lua 
binding (CreateContext) and wxLua (get_drawable).
