[cairo] pixman SHA1 checksum failure

The only thing I can think of is that there may have been old hash
files lying around that didn't get deleted correctly, but I don't
anything in the Makefiles that would make that happen.

Once the blendmode work is in, I'll release a 0.13.4 and see if the
same thing happens.
