[cairo] CMake

I need feedback from Carl or Behdad or someone with write access (Git
branch on fd.org or clone on repo.or.cz?), and Jason (interested in
giving Cairo+CMake a public try?).

I personally know Git and am interested in learning CMake sometime, but
as I have to move house twice the next two months and have some exams in
that same time, I'm quite busy. Putting up a clone at repo.or.cz won't
take long though (I think).
