[cairo] Feature Request: cairo_in_clip()

Hello,

I would like to see a new function added called cairo_in_clip() that is basically the same as cairo_in_fill() except it tests the clipping path instead of the current path. We don't already have a way to test if a point is inside the clipping region, do we?
