[cairo] rsvg and colour

Hi,
Is there any way to change the colour of a bunch of stuff all at once? 

For example, in a single context I am:
1. Drawing an SVG file with librsvg: it's many coloured.
2. Drawing a few paths with cairo: also of varied colours.

I want them all to be tinted blue -- i.e. to override their own colours. Is 
there a way similar to paint_with_alpha() ? Something like paint_with_rgba()?
