[cairo] Font size issue when using pango + cairo

Or not.  Ignoring the t_x and t_y components, that window shows a
cairo_matrix of [ 1.33681 0 0 1.33681 ] for goffice (gnumeric?) but
a cairo_matrix of [ 1.33681 0 0 1.33824 ] for gmathml.

Notice the difference:  681 vs 824.
