[cairo] Maximum PDF dimension

I don't know anything about PHP or how it might be using cairo. Cairo 
should be able to create PDFs with page sizes up to 8,388,608 x 
8,388,608 points. According to the PDF Reference 1.6 Acrobat has a 
maximum page size of 14,400 x 14,400 points (508 x 508 cm). Other 
viewers may have different limits.
