I don't know if you have turn on the switch of WIN32 backend.<br>
Have a try, add "#define CAIRO_HAS_WIN32_SURFACE 1 " to "cairo-features.h", which included by "cairo.h".<br>

I have tried that. I am actually trying to build without the WIN32 surface since that gives numerous problems on Windows CE.<br>
