cairomm - C++ bindings for Cairo.

cairomm-0.2.0.tar.gz is now available from
http://cairographics.org/releases/

This is mostly just a release to test the upload, so there are no
significant changes compared to 0.1.0. gtkmm's HEAD branch now uses
cairomm, though it doesn't do much with it.
