Created an attachment (id=3322)

cc -g -O2  `pkg-config --cflags cairo libpng12` `pkg-config --libs cairo
libpng12`text-cyrillics.c -o  text-cyrillics

Use for compilation:
cc -g -O2  `pkg-config --cflags cairo libpng12` `pkg-config --libs cairo
libpng12`text-cyrillics.c -o  text-cyrillics
Then run:
./text-cyrillics
It will result an 'text-rotate.png' image.
