Here is a new performance test to Cairo's perf suite. It is supposed to test
how good Cairo is at doing the same thing that gdk_pixbuf_color_composite() is
doing.

I've created the patches using git-format-patch... I'm totally not sure if this
is the right way to do it, some hints would be appreciated.
