Thanks for the report. This was reported earlier and fixed, (the fix will
appear in 1.8.4 soon).

PS. Your compilation failure was fairly short, (120kB), so not too large to
attach without being zipped, (which would have made it earlier to examine).
Even easier would have been to just put the failure itself directly into the
bug report like this:
