This debate occassionally rages on (e.g.
http://www.nabble.com/internal-cairo-include-syntax-seems-not-flexible-enough,-backward-compatible-fix-proposal.-td19583394.html),
in short #include <cairo/cairo.h> is more likely to lead to subtle bugs.
