hinting mismatch between 14.5 and 14.99

Note how that for 14.5>=pixelsize<15.0, again, the hinted glyph is rendered
from a smaller size than the unhinted one.

(It is hard to tell by the height.  Note by the width:  14.5-unhint is clearly
much wider than 14.5-slight, whereas 15.0-unhint very closely matches the
dimensions of its hinted version, but with more sharper vertical hinting.
