Here is a patch that allows cairo to be built for Haiku.  Also needed would be
a fresher version of config.guess and config.sub (look for a timestamp AFTER
Jan 2008 which is when Haiku got added), but we can copy that in prior to
building for now.
We haven't yet looked into updating the BeOS specific parts, just getting it to
compile so far.  More to come we hope.
