Patch to enable cairo-trace on MacOS X

This patch makes cairo-trace a shared library instead of a module.
I don't know if there are good reasons to have it as a module, but it looks
like modules cannot be preloaded in MacOS X.
Only tested on MacOS 10.5. Please check it doesn't break cairo-trace on linux
(or bsd/solaris, it should be the same) before committing.
