Hello,
I have the same problem.
This bug is not resolved with the 
"Replacing this autogen.sh line:

LIBTOOLIZE_FLAGS="--copy --force --automake"

by this:

LIBTOOLIZE_FLAGS="--copy --automake"

made the trick.

I guess that the problem is with libtool 1.5.26

Have you got another help for me. It's important because i have to compile
gnome 2.28 with jhbuild.
