The attached PDF test case when rendered with pdftocairo creates the correct
output for PDF and PS but does not produce any output for the image output.

I am using cairo 2994b0c6, pixman 879b7c21, and poppler 0.18.0. To reproduce
use the commands:

pdftocairo -png duckbeak.pdf out
pdftocairo -pdf duckbeak.pdf out.pdf
pdftocairo -ps duckbeak.pdf out.ps

out.pdf and out.ps render correctly in acroread and ghostscript. out-1.png is
blank.

The test case comes poppler bug 22098. The buggy wine glass and beer glass are
poppler bugs which are fixed by the patches in bug 41005. The missing duck beak
and a small section of the yellow rose appear to be a cairo bug since the cairo
PDF and PS output is correct.
