When trying to build version 1.14.0 in MinGW on Windows, there is the following
error during "configure". It works fine with version 1.12.18.

checking whether float word ordering is bigendian... c:\MinGW\bin\strings.exe:
'conftest': No such file
c:\MinGW\bin\strings.exe: 'conftest': No such file
configure: error:

Unknown float word ordering. You need to manually preset
ax_cv_c_float_words_bigendian=no (or yes) according to your system.

configure: WARNING: cache variable cairo_cv_warn_maybe contains a newline
