Unit test to reproduce the bug

When clipping with mixed anti-aliasing, cairo_fill() draws incorrectly. See
attached unit test. This bug is reproducible on cairo 1.12.14 as well as cairo
1.14.2.

This bug seems related to Bug 42422.
