Reduced test case

Reduced test case. This PDF strokes a single path of one of the boxes in the
original PDF. The original PDF draws the boxes with the fill-stroke operator
"B". I've replaced it with a stroke "S".

To reproduce:

pdftocairo -ps reduced-test-case.pdf out.ps

The output does not show the box.</pre>
