Log Message:

        * src/slim_internal.h: Rename __internal_linkage to
        pixman_private.

        * src/icrop.h:
        * src/icint.h:
        * src/icimage.h: Track rename to pixman_private and move it to
        before the function return value to quiet gcc warnings about
        visibility attribute ignored for non-class type.
