For the past while they have been in keithp.com CVS (see
http://keithp.com/cvs.html). For example, use:

cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at keithp.com:/local/src/CVS co Render Xrender

PS. Keith is in the process of shifting things over to the new
freedesktop.org machine, but I don't know if anonymous CVS access has
been setup there yet or not.
