[cairo] cairo backend for xpdf - first drop

Before going on vacation for a long time I wanted to put out the work
I've been doing on a xpdf cairo backend. 

Just apply the patch -p1 to xpdf 3.0 and build with something like:
aclocal -I . 
autoconf
./configure --with-freetype2-includes=/usr/include/freetype2/
make

It runs much better once all my cairo patches have landed.
