[cairo] [patch] corrections to clipping

hi,

this patch corrects the surface-based clipping operations (when clipping 
is not a simple rectangle driven down to the surface). it contains the 
following improvements:

  - changes to coordinate evaluation, cribbed from this patch:
    http://www.cs.umu.se/~c99drn/cairo-clip-fix.diff

  - clipping in the "show surface" function

  - clipping in the "show glyphs" / "show text" functions

with this patch, my test at:

http://www.off.net/~graydon/clipping-bug.c

works. ok to commit?
