[cairo] Problem compiling libxsvg 0.1.0

Ah, sorry about that.

The libxsvg library was renamed to libsvg-cairo, so you'll want to get
that instead.

I suppose what we should do is just delete that stale source now to
avoid confusion, (all the version history was copied into the new
library I believe).
