[cairo] Cairo perl bindings

i just spend a couple of hours doing very rough bindings for Cairo to
perl. by no means should these be used for anything other than
satisfying curiosity, but they do (partially) work. you'll need
ExtUtils::PkgConfig (from CPAN or http://gtk2-perl.sourceforge.net/) and
CVS HEAD of cairo to compile.

there are many half-assed and broken things about it. much of it is ugly
and half of the functions haven't been moved into the appropriate
packages or bound at all. however, you can create a cairo context, set
the target to png (or some of the others) and then do most all of the
drawing operations.

if and how i proceed from here will depend on how much interest exists
and how much time i have on my hands.
