[cairo] [win32] Binaries?

Have a look at ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.8/win32/ . (The cairo DLL
in there requires libfontconfig-1.dll, freetype6.dll, libpng13.dll and
zlib1.dll, which can be found following links from
www.gimp.org/win32/downloads.html . Would it be more useful to provide
a cairo without any additional requirements? Perhaps I should do
both.)
