[cairo] Cannot unpack cairo 0.9.2 with gtar on Solaris 9

Ah, drat.

I know I cleared this problem up in my local copy, but it appears it
has its roots deeper in the source code repository. I think I've got
the repository straightened out now, but just in case, I'm adding a
command in the build script to get rid of these.

So, hopefully, this will be the last time you need to report this
problem.
