[cairo] Updating cairo-demo/qcairo to current API

Hi. While studying Cairo I noticed that some of the examples are using 
deprecated functions, so they don't build with the latest cvs checkout. 
Attached is a patch that updates qcairo to build with 0.9.2, let me know 
if it is in the right format and if there is interest in having this 
demo and others updated.
