[cairo] [PATCH] cairo-demo/sdl

OK, I finished cleaning up the cairo-demo/sdl code so that it works 
correctly with all options in the code (scaled/non-scaled) and also 
preserve the alpha bit when blitting the SVG content. Patch is attached, 
let me know if you need additional information on the changes that are 
not covered in the comments.

I was thinking about expanding this example a bit, so that it uses SVG 
elements as SVG sprites. But maybe it is better to simply create another 
demo, what do you think?
