Actually on second thought I think Ned's right, the name needs to
have save in it.

If we wanted to be really Ruby-ish, we might just want to "overload"
save to take an optional block.  If a block is provided, it would
act like the proposed save_during.

This is a very widespread pattern in Ruby, the most popular example
being File.open.
