[cairo] API Shakeup: cairo_mask

After explaining these new operators to Ian, it became pretty clear to
me that this operation is more closely associated to cairo_paint than
it is to cairo_mask. So, I now propose:

	/* Paint using the provided surface as a masking shape. */
	void
	cairo_paint_alpha (cairo_t *cr, double alpha);
