[cairo] XML parsing order problem?

It seems that if a radial gradient references a linear gradient that
comes later in the SVG/XML file, then it will not be rendered.

I've attached a sample image.  There are two objects, one uses a radial
gradient that is listed before the linear gradient and the other uses
the exact same radial gradient except it is listed after the linear
gradient.  One works, the other doesn't.

I'm not sure if this effects anything else, I just happened to notice
this particular case.
