Thanks for the report.

It looks like the problem is still there with the latest code.

But fortunately, what I was just about to do was throw away all the
code in which this bug occurs. It turns out Keith rewrote the
trapezoids rasterization code last August for the Render software
fallbacks in the X server, and we neglected to push that code into
libpixman as well.

I've verified that the example code does not loop when targeting the
Xlib backend, so the new rasterizer should fix the bug. (Not to
mention the fact that the new rasterizer is quite a bit faster, which
was the reason I was already planning to get it into libpixman).
