[cairo] Cairo font fixes

I had some problems with the new font code.
I got valgrind warnings in _ft_unscaled_font_set_scale, and
unstability/crashes due to glyphset_cache_entry_t not having the cache
key as the first entry.

Patch that fixes these issues is attached.
