[cairo] Problem with png backend on x86_64

As you have noticed, this was apparently caused by the same bug as you
reported here:

	https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2335

I've now committed a fix for this. Please let me know if it doesn't
solve the problem.
