[cairo] Re: glitz crash fix patch for show_glyphs

Additional patch  -- the internal glyph cache created by the glitz
surface back-end wasn't updated to set the "memory" value of the cache
key correctly; it was using bogus uninitialized data, which was later
triggering the used_memory > entry->memory assert.

Also fixes a highly unlikely memory leak in the same (cache entry
creating) code in the xlib surface.
