[cairo] New cairo demo: sproing

Hi,

Last night I committed a new cairo demo that I've called sproing.  It's 
a fun little toy that lets you drag a control point around and then 
watch a wobbly grid chase after it... well, it's sort of hard to 
explain.  But fortunately it's easy to build, it only requires cairo and 
gtk+.  Check it out from cairo-demo/sproing in the cairo cvs.
