[cairo] Announcing the big cairo performance push!

Sounds great!  I'll throw a plug out for my cairo-bench work that
might be useful as a micro-benchmark starting point, gittable from
http://rig.vlad1.com/~vladimir/git/cairo-bench.git/ -- it's more than
a little rough, but was useful for me for analyzing a lot of the
common mozilla code paths.  It duplicates a lot of the cairo-test
code, but I think that code will want to be shared anyway (the surface
creation code for the various platforms); perhaps it should become an
internal libcairotest that both the perf and correctness tests code
can use?
