[cairo] Brand new _cairo_lround implementation

While nowhere near as bad as before, nautilus still exhibits text
rendering errors with your patch applied. If you click and drag to
select icons some characters sometime become "squished" or deformed
while in the selection box (they look fine again once the mouse button
is released). This could be a bug in nautilus but I don't recall seeing
it before.
