[cairo] darwinports version of Cairo

I'm hoping the maintainer of the darwinports port of Cairo frequents  
the list. port info cairo just shows 'nomaintainer at macports.org'.

I'd like to see how feasible it would be to request that the Cairo  
port include the osx interfaces, so we can at least test them.
