[cairo] PDF backend issue

Hi,

I've got some files generated with cairo PDF backend I'm not able to
print correctly when using Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.8 (eiher on Windows
or on Linux). These files are displayed correctly, but when trying to
print them, all text are either misprinted (replaced by a serie of the
same letter), or even not printed at all.

I've attached a sample file generated via librsvg rsvg-convert, using
current cairo git version.

Note that this file prints perfectly when using evince or gs.
