I don't know if anything like this exists. If it does, the
cairo-python people should speak up now.

But we have tried to make all language bindings fairly guessable by
creating a set of guidelines for all language bindings authors to
use. I know that the python bindings do follow these quite closely
(and please let us know if there are any discrepancies):
