That's totally correct and expected.  cairo.pc shouldn't depend on any
cairo-*.

If you still have problems, it's remove configure.cache and reconfigure.
It's a good idea to do that anyway.   Note that we automatically enable
the cache only if you run autogen.sh, so this is not a problem for final
uesrs.

Oops, this should be cairo-xlib.  Fixed.
