[cairo] pyCairo on Python 2.5 on Windows with Borland

Hello,

I'm trying to build pycairo for python2.5 using Borland compiler

I've installed the Borland compiler, downloaded the pycairo 1.2.2.tar.gz,
and executed

python setup.py build --compiler=bcpp

and I get an error saying
Error: cairo version >= 1.2.2 not found

What should I do?
